2013 Grant Guidelines

The Foundation will accept proposals by invitation only. The Foundation's invitation policy includes board and staff recommendations of organizations that provide primary services such as basic needs to Colorado's disadvantaged population. The Foundation will notify nonprofit organizations of requests for proposals throughout the year.
